Clay Hall, a local TV sports personality here in Columbus, recently visited Columbus Eagles FC at training at SuperKick Columbus. He spoke with a few Eagles players – Micaela Powers and Ashley Gogolin – and CEO Mark Wise, and he put together a feature story that ran on Fox 28 and ABC6 in the Columbus area on Wednesday night.
Eagles fan and advisory board member Scott Haag caught the segment and posted it on his Twitter account:
Hopefully Fox 28 will soon post it. In the meantime, here you go. #CEFC pic.twitter.com/evfkX7QHuv

After an opening-day win, the Eagles return to action Saturday when the team travels to play Cincinnati Sirens FC. Kickoff at West Lakota High School is scheduled for 5 p.m. The Eagles are unbeaten in WPSL matches against the Sirens dating back to 2016, including a 4-2 win at MAPFRE Stadium in June 2017.
